Who else here has an Amazon addiction? I know my amazon orders and I can’t be alone. Amazon is absolutely one of the best and most evil addictions in my life. I mean it is just so SIMULTANEOUSLY glorious and dangerous how fast you can get almost anything you want in two days or less. Needs some diapers in a snap and too sleep deprived to drag yourself and the kid to the store? Amazon’s got you! About to run out of clean underwear and no will to tackle the mountain of laundry? Say no more my friend Amazon prime to the rescue.

In many cities you can even get same day delivery on your amazon orders. No such luck yet in South Georgia but we continue to pray it will be here any day now. As I sit here typing this I am watching none other than yours truly- Prime video. And let me just stop and say that Marvelous Mrs. Maisel has won my heart forever and is in the big three right along with Grey’s Anatomy and This is us for all-time favorite tv shows. I was recently shocked #notshocked to find out that if the house work has become more than you can handle Amazon has got you covered there too and for a fee will have someone over in a jiffy to clean up after your kids. I mean what will they come up with next? In home chef and laundry services?? This mama can dream.
I have always been fascinated with looking at what everyone else is buying on Amazon. I am one of those weirdos who spends hours reading reviews and then might not even buy a thing. Some of the reviews are just. so. funny. And then there are the pics. Oh the pics. Wowwwwww. I aspire to have the confidence of some of the reviewers that you see pics of on Amazon. Be warned- some will make you blush. And the reviews of sugar free gummy bears will make you cry with laughter. Efficiently delivered and cost effective goods with a side of entertainment all from the privacy of your house and the comfort of your pjs no less. What more could a girl want?
Here are my Amazon orders from the last month in all their random glory. I would love for your to drop me a line and let me know what your favorite recent Amazon finds have been. Maybe you will even see something below that you just have to have in your cart.
1. Stevia

I started a new “diet” a few weeks ago in an effort to try and eat healthier- the clean food crush challenge by Rachel Maser. It is very interesting and so far I am down six pounds in a week and a half. Rachel attributes that to completely eliminating sugar from your diet which I have. In place I have added the stevia above which I found on the big A. It is important that the stevia is 100% pure stevia as opposed to stevia blends which is what most grocery stores carry. You can read more here.
2. Food Scale

Another healthy eating purchase! I am seriously loving my food scale. Another important component of the new diet is that women should eat around 4 oz of protein per meal. I have no idea how to “eyeball” that and so this baby has been instrumental in helping me make sure I am not overeating which is definitely one of my issues. I don’t know how I lived without this before because now I measure almost everything. Here is the scale I just grabbed.
3. Shark Teeth Necklaces

These sharks teeth necklaces easily win the award for my favorite purchase of the last 30 days. I saw these and just knew my 6 year old would love to give these to his friends for valentines day. The necklaces come in cute individualized boxes where your child can write the name of each friend. These are definitely replica necklaces but such a cute non-candy idea! Link here.
4. Tobacco Baskets

These items are hilariously random just like me but I think that is the fun in this list is seeing all of the funny and weird combos that people order. I have been on a hunt for two tobacco baskets for our new house. The authentic ones were in poor shape and very expensive and the replication baskets were either super cheap and dinky/broken or extremely expensive (!!!). I settled on these two beauties from Amazon and I am thrilled with quality and price. If you are in need of a tobacco basket I love mine.
5. Backpack

The mini Kanken backpack is my favorite new mom bag for reals! This bubble gum pink one above I actually ordered right at Christmas for stepdaughter after she had remarked over liking my grey one. This bag works for all age ranges and is also water resistant which is important for moms as well as teens. I think the baby pink just screams teenage girls but I would happily rock this color too! They have tons of sizes AND colors for everyone here.
6. Dragamonz

I grabbed these on a whim for my 6 year old and he was instantly obsessed. The kids actually hatch, or break, the eggs open to reveal different tiny dragon babies ( figurines). This was such a cute little toy and we actually both enjoyed doing this together. I thought for the price this was an excellent toy. This would be great for valentines day or to stick up for birthday parties ect. This one was a HUGE hit with the little guy. Link here.
